ICTM 2010 was held in Tehran, with cooperation of University of Isfahan, and University of Le Havre, France, 23-24 Feb 2010,
in Razi International Exhibition Center, with over 600 people from over 10 countries.

Prof.Dr. Ali Sanayei " The Head policy Council of the Conference gave a Keynote Speak, as well as Prof.Dr. Boukachour, from University of Le Havre, France, and other speakers from different countries.
